I can't say enough how WONDERFUL the experience of working with Gavin Gray and Major League Roofing was. Gavin knew exactly how to deal with all of the different parts of our re-roof. From removing and reinstalling the solar panels to removing and reinstalling the gutters to having the roofing crew ready to go. Everything worked like it should have to get the job done. Jason’s team at Major League did a great job. Quick out to inspect when requested and even quicker on the repair getting to our house the next day. For the inspection, I wasn’t up sold on any services but was told some minor areas might need some work in the future but nothing to fret about now. Jason from Major League Roofing came out today to look at my roof. The problem with my roof was a relatively minor issue with a single roofing tile. I was concerned that they might not bother showing up since it wasn't a major project for them. However, not only did he call me in the morning to confirm his rough arrival time, he also called me on his way, which I appreciated. We called Major League Roofing to re-roof our home. They stripped off the old roofing, down to the decking, put down a new weather barrier, and then the new shingles, (30 year, composition shingles). After just finishing a major rehab, we noticed we had roof leaks and with a major storm heading our way, in panic mode, I called Major League Roofing. They came out quickly to inspect the roof and suggested a new roof. They were able to start the job shortly after lunch the same day. With a eye on the approaching storm, I was afraid I had waited to long to get the roof repaired and was going to have major damage to the just completed remodeling job, but Major League Roofing had an "Army" of roofers tearing off the old roof and laying down the new roof. There was at least 20 professionals repairing our roof and they completed the job (an normally all day job) in about 4 hours, well before the storms hit. Thanks Major League Roofing. We could not be happier with our experience with Major League Roofing! Jeremiah P., in particular, was incredibly helpful! He was the one who came out and inspected our roof in May 2021, and was willing to step in and provide assistance when the roofing contractor that we had failed to show up. He was tremendously helpful with dealing with the insurance company. It took 5-6 months of dozens (not an exaggeration) of calls to the insurance and tons of documentation to get the insurance to replace a roof that was badly damaged in a storm. He stuck with it and eventually got it approved. He then helped with the install of the new roof and new gutters. Just finished using Major League Roofing for our second roof in three years. They were outstanding and far better than our previous roofers. James was incredibly responsive and followed through on everything. The crew was very thorough, careful with landscaping (even though the yard looked like a war zone in the middle of the job), and good with clean up. They found and fixed a leak that three previous roofers could not fix. They were also great dealing with the insurance company and the HOA. Will definitely use them for the next roof.
