Jason’s team at Major League did a great job. Quick out to inspect when requested and even quicker on the repair getting to our house the next day. For the inspection, I wasn’t up sold on any services but was told some minor areas might need some work in the future but nothing to fret about now. We could not be happier with our experience with Major League Roofing! Jeremiah P., in particular, was incredibly helpful! He was the one who came out and inspected our roof in May 2021, and was willing to step in and provide assistance when the roofing contractor that we had failed to show up. He was tremendously helpful with dealing with the insurance company. It took 5-6 months of dozens (not an exaggeration) of calls to the insurance and tons of documentation to get the insurance to replace a roof that was badly damaged in a storm. He stuck with it and eventually got it approved. He then helped with the install of the new roof and new gutters. I called Major League Roofing after a major hail storm. Jason came out and met with my insurance adjuster and they both went to work on inspecting my home. One week later Major League Roofing came out on time and replaced my whole roof, all my gutters and also replaced all my damaged siding. After just finishing a major rehab, we noticed we had roof leaks and with a major storm heading our way, in panic mode, I called Major League Roofing. They came out quickly to inspect the roof and suggested a new roof. They were able to start the job shortly after lunch the same day. With a eye on the approaching storm, I was afraid I had waited to long to get the roof repaired and was going to have major damage to the just completed remodeling job, but Major League Roofing had an "Army" of roofers tearing off the old roof and laying down the new roof. Jason from Major League Roofing came out today to look at my roof. The problem with my roof was a relatively minor issue with a single roofing tile. I was concerned that they might not bother showing up since it wasn't a major project for them. I had a great experience with Rachael. I reached out and she came out first thing in the morning to assess my roof for damage following a severe storm. She gave me an appointment ETA and actually showed up a few minutes early. She provided photos and details about my roof. Luckily, the shingles we found on the ground post storm weren’t ours.
