Had previously heard of Major League Roofing as the company that provided a home inspection for a home sale, but had never used them myself. A major rainstorm blew through town, causing leaking throughout our unit. I got an inspection within days, after which permitted work began ~1 week. Serafin was clear, detailed, and answered all my questions. Everything was straightforward. He also provided details about how to obtain a cool roof rebate. He was the one who came out and inspected our roof in May 2021, and was willing to step in and provide assistance when the roofing contractor that we had failed to show up. He was tremendously helpful with dealing with the insurance company. It took 5-6 months of dozens (not an exaggeration) of calls to the insurance and tons of documentation to get the insurance to replace a roof that was badly damaged in a storm. He stuck with it and eventually got it approved. He then helped with the install of the new roof and new gutters. After just finishing a major rehab, we noticed we had roof leaks and with a major storm heading our way, in panic mode, I called Major League Roofing. They came out quickly to inspect the roof and suggested a new roof. They were able to start the job shortly after lunch the same day. With a eye on the approaching storm, I was afraid I had waited to long to get the roof repaired and was going to have major damage to the just completed remodeling job, but Major League Roofing had an "Army" of roofers tearing off the old roof and laying down the new roof. We called Major League Roofing to re-roof our home. They stripped off the old roofing, down to the decking, put down a new weather barrier, and then the new shingles, (30 year, composition shingles). The job went great, and was done on time. No "surprise" charges. They cleaned up all trash, nails, and, debris. Gavin, was our job manager, and he was GREAT! He explained to us every step of the job. One week later Major League Roofing came out on time and replaced my whole roof, all my gutters and also replaced all my damaged siding. Just finished using Major League Roofing for our second roof in three years. They were outstanding and far better than our previous roofers. James was incredibly responsive and followed through on everything. The crew was very thorough, careful with landscaping (even though the yard looked like a war zone in the middle of the job), and good with clean up. They found and fixed a leak that three previous roofers could not fix. They were also great dealing with the insurance company and the HOA. Will definitely use them for the next roof.
